Terms and Conditions of Connect Matrimony:

 

  1. The One- time registration fee is non-refundable and non- transferable under any circumstances.
  2. Mediation Fee is payable by the client on the next day of Rokka. If the agreed mediation Fee is not paid by the client, in that case, the Connect Matrimony reserves its right to recover the same as per Law.
  3. The Connect Matrimony will not be responsible for any wrong & misleading information provided by either of party. In case of “Rokka” cancellation by either of families, for whatever reason, the Mediation Fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  4. It is advised that both the families must verify the information & details given in profile, submitted by both families, from their own sources. Connect Matrimony will not be responsible for any misrepresentation in profile.
  5. If either of families use abusive language or create any obscenity with the either of the families during Con-call / Zoom Meeting / Personal Meeting, then their registration with Connect Matrimony, will be automatically suspended without assigning any reason and the Registration Fee will not be refunded. Moreover, an appropriate legal action might be initiated against the same.
  6. If either of the family desires to cancel registration due to the fixing of marriage from any other matrimony agencies or by them-selves, then Registration Fee will not be refunded.
  7. Connect Matrimony has the right to use family’s profile (complete or part as the case may be) & pictures, to search for the suitable match.
  8. Connect Matrimony reserves its right to alter, suspend and terminate the application / registration of any family, in case Connect Matrimony finds the profile against the interest of the Connect Matrimony. Also, to add / delete / alter/ modify and suspend any or all the ancillary / complimentary services at any time as it may deem fit.
  9. Connect Matrimony also reserves its right to consider or reject any profile without any notice.
  10. All disputes between Connect Matrimony and Families are subject to Jurisdiction of Bhopal Court.
  11. Connect Matrimony is under no obligation to furnish any definite number of profiles. Connect Matrimony reserves the right to show the suitable profiles only, as per its convenience & decision.
  12. Neither of the families will make any personal or direct contact with the prospective match or his or her family members, without the knowledge or prior consent of Connect Matrimony
  13. In case of breach of any above conditions, the registration will be terminated with immediate effect and Connect Matrimony will not be liable to refund Registration Fee. Connect Matrimony holds full rights to take a legal action against such families.
  14. After arranging meetings between both the families, if both families decline to move further then it is okay. But, in case both families decide in future to continue the discussion & finalize Rokka, then Connect Matrimony will be entitled to recover Mediation Fee from both the (as the case may be or as negotiated ).

 

DECLARATION BY PARENT:

I, hereby give a declaration that all the information provided in the profile of my child by me is correct and that no facts have been concealed or withheld by me and I am bound by the same. Further, I promise to abide by the terms & conditions of Connect Matrimony. I also accept the decision of the Connect Matrimony regarding the acceptance or rejection of my profile.
